User Personas

User personas are archetypical users whose goals represent a larger group of users. These personas are described in 1-2 pages describing the behavior patters, goals, attitudes, background information, and more. The purpose of user personas is to help a team figure out what group of usea their product design is targeted to.

Storyboard

A storyboard is a set of illustrations put together to visualize a story.  Storyboards are helpful with visualization, memorability, empathy, and engagement. In UX design, a storyboard is used to predict and explore a user's experience with a product, and help the designers understand the user's interaction with the product.

Information Architecture

Information architecture is a discipline that focuses on the organization of information within digital products. UX architects determine the organization and flow for a website, ensuring that it is not too complicated or slow for a user.
