User Experience (UX) ensures that users are provided with what they need, and are able to complete their tasks. In order to have a good User Experience, there are many factors involved like project management, user research, interaction design, and more. Following these principles ensure that the user has a relevant and meaningful experience

Heuristic Evaluation

I think it is important to make a website easy to navigate through, especially for those who are not familiar with today's technology. The main purpose of the 10 usability heuristics is to provide the user with a good interaction. The 10 heuristics are simple rules to follow to create a good website. A good website should guide the user to what they are looking for, there should be little distraction, and easy access to help if any problems occur. I think these rules are helpful and I did not think about the usability of a website until reading about this.
